Job summary

La Farm Bakery is seeking a full-time team member to support both the commissary and catering operations. You will help deliver high-quality menu items while upholding La Farm’s standards and culture of service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment where quality and guest experience come first. Weekend work and flexibility are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary field, prep and/or catering work experience required.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong team relationships.

• Operations Systems & Procedures
• Safely and properly use equipment for café menu items.
• Responsible for all aspects of assigned station.
• Completes daily checklists.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains utensils and tools.
• Communicate with team and manager.
• Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
• Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.
• Uphold company standards and policies for opening/closing.
• Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.
