Qualifications

• Completion of a culinary program or equivalent work experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a high-pressure kitchen.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during service.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with Atelier Crenn's culinary standards.
• Ensure consistency and precision in all aspects of food production.
• Keep your designated station clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when required.
