  • Food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, adhering to food safety standards
  • Stock and supplies management and ordering

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ensure personal hygiene and proper uniform maintenance
  • Check equipment and utensils, reporting faults immediately
  • Promote good employee relations
Additional Information

Your team and working environment:

  • Check and taste buffet displays and banqueting setups according to the Executive Chef’s specifications, taking immediate action if discrepancies are observed
  • During peak hours, such as lunch and dinner, Demi Chef to be stationed at the outlet kitchen or buffet to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
