Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will learn under experienced technicians, gaining hands-on service experience while delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset. Training through our Experts University and opportunities for overtime support career growth in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license; universal license preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools.
• Commitment to safety and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Learn the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Train with senior technicians to become self-sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Navigate and use a smartphone to support business systems and dispatchers.
• Deliver and remove equipment and parts needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions or problems effectively.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and small field fabrication.
