Job summary

RIMEPRO INC seeks an experienced Branch Manager/General Manager to lead service operations across multiple Southern California locations. You’ll oversee ~20 service professionals, drive branch profitability, and expand customer accounts.

Strong commercial plumbing background and leadership are essential to maintain service quality and grow the business. Responsibilities include managing field supervisors and technicians, coordinating with dispatch, and partnering with leadership to set goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service management.
• Experience managing field supervisors, service technicians and dispatch operations.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a high-volume service operation while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including commercial plumbing service, repairs and maintenance.
• Directly manage field supervisors and lead technicians while providing leadership to the broader service team.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage service schedules, technician assignments and customer response times.
• Monitor branch performance, labor productivity, operating costs and departmental profitability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and performance evaluations for field personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure service work meets company quality standards, safety requirements and applicable plumbing codes.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts, service agreements and recurring business.
• Support estimating, pricing and proposals for larger service and installation work.

Summary

We're partnering with an established commercial plumbing contractor seeking experienced Branch Managers and General Managers to lead service operations across multiple Southern California locations.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 20 service professionals, including field supervisors, lead technicians and commercial plumbing service technicians. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial plumbing background and experience managing service operations, developing field teams, maintaining customer relationships and driving branch performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service management preferred.

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, Service Manager or similar leadership position.

• Strong technical understanding of commercial plumbing systems, service, maintenance and repairs.

• Experience managing field supervisors, service technicians and dispatch operations.

• Understanding of service department financials, labor costs, budgeting and profitability.

• Experience with technician hiring, training and performance management.

• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead a high-volume service operation while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
