Job summary

Arizona Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Service Agent for a full-time role. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You will support the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers, maintaining knowledge of agency programs and systems.

Requirements include a Property & Casualty license in Arizona, with at least two years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Pay: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus

Accountability: Commercial Lines Client Service Agent

Support and assist the Commercial Lines Department functions following established Agency Standards and Procedures. Provide both individual and team support to the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers within assigned responsibilities. Maintain a strong understanding of Agency programs and systems.

Requirements

• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona and in good standing.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service communication skills.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe/PDF tools, carrier websites, and agency technology platforms.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.
