Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in Arizona in good standing.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and client service communication skills.
• Proficient in agency technology platforms and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Commercial Lines Department following agency standards and procedures.
• Provide individual and team support to Account Managers.
• Maintain understanding of agency programs and systems.

About this position

Benefits and Compensation: Commercial Lines Client Service Agent

• Full Time: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus

Support and assist the Commercial Lines Department functions following established Agency Standards and Procedures. Provide both individual and team support to the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers within assigned responsibilities. Maintain a strong understanding of Agency programs and systems.

Requirements

• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona and in good standing.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service communication skills.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe/PDF tools, carrier websites, and agency technology platforms.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.
