Job summary

Arizona-Federal-Insurance-Solutions,-LLC seeks a Commercial Lines Client Service Agent to support the Commercial Lines Department in Mesa, AZ. The role requires AZ P&C licensure and 2+ years of Commercial P&C experience.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with benefits including medical, dental, LTD, life, EAP and 401(k). Bonus opportunities and annual profit sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Arizona licensed Property & Casualty agent in good standing.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience.

Accountability: Commercial Lines Client Service Agent

Support and assist the Commercial Lines Department functions following established Agency Standards and Procedures. Provide both individual and team support to the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers within assigned responsibilities. Maintain a strong understanding of Agency programs and systems.

Requirements

• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona and in good standing.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service communication skills.
• ions independently and collaboratively within a service team.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe/PDF tools, carrier websites, and agency technology platforms.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.
