Job summary

Signify, a leader in lighting solutions, seeks a Commercialization Marketing Manager in Peachtree City, GA or Atlanta, GA. You will lead marketing for stock lighting products, shape value propositions, and enable sales channels to articulate product value.

The role requires a marketing degree and 3+ years of experience with tangible products, plus strong communication and project leadership. AI experience is a plus; on-site work in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in marketing tangible products.
• Experience leading projects and team meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all elements of commercialization marketing for the Stock business of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
• Understand target verticals and customer types and help develop the optimal marketing mix.
• Develop unique value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate products.
• Help develop strategy and lead the implementation of sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners.
• Partner with Demand Generation to design campaigns for channel partners, segments and customers to create awareness and generate leads.
• Establish and review KPIs/metrics for all commercialization activities to ensure ROI.
