Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a PicOS Commercialization Manager to translate strategic priorities into scalable tools and processes that drive profitable growth. You will support the Home Market PicOS platform and align commercial plans with field execution.

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, Tableau, JDA, SharePoint; able to create data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage PicOS merchandising requests for displays to optimize space and margins.
• Collaborate with Channel Commercialization and Product Supply to ensure profitability.
• Provide insights on market trends and profitable package mixes.
• Support onboarding and training for Customer Team and Sales & Service.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects with data-driven improvements.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and templates.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and multiple projects.
