Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Sales – Commercial Territory Manager to cover the Santa Barbara area. You will sell factory direct wood/clad windows and doors, deliver quotes, and build strong customer relationships to grow the regional base.

The role requires 2 years in commercial sales, familiarity with construction practices, and the ability to read blueprints. Remote work not indicated; candidates should reside in Los Angeles or Santa Barbara area.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in the commercial market.
• Applicant must have working knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Window and door product knowledge a plus.
• Construction Industry knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with commercial/architectural community.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products.
• Prepare and deliver timely quotes.
• Build and maintain business relationships.
• Create and maintain a solid customer base.
• Identify potential customers.
• Knowledge of territory construction activity.
• Ability to successfully cold call.
• Help the customers identify their needs.
• Meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
