Job summary

M5 Services, a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton, is seeking skilled window cleaners to service commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

You will perform exterior and interior window cleaning on a variety of sites using water-fed pole systems, DI resin or RO filtration, and traditional squeegee methods. Ground-based work only, with safety emphasis on ground access. Valid CA drivers license is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial window cleaning experience required.
• Water-fed pole and purified water systems: DI resin or RO filtration.
• Traditional squeegee and scrubber work.
• Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass.
• Valid California drivers license required.

Responsibilities

THE WORK

Exterior and interior window cleaning on commercial properties, using a water-fed pole and purified water system. Ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites. No suspended or high-rise work.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial window cleaning experience.
• Water-fed pole and purified water systems: DI resin or RO filtration.
• Traditional squeegee and scrubber work.
• Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass.
• Valid California driver's license.

NICE TO HAVE

• Maintaining filtration systems: resin changes, TDS monitoring.
• Screen and track cleaning.
• Hard water stain removal.
• Pressure washing.
