What We Do First American is reinventing the commercial title industry from within. We're looking for a unique, ambitious individual who wants to join an early-stage, high-growth operation within a larger, Fortune 500 organization.You will initially be rolling up your sleeves to help drive the development of a new, end-to-end title operations process while collaboratively identifying product and technical opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of our new process. Then you will lead the charge for testing and iterating on these processes while closing commercial, national title transactions.

**This is a fully remote role**
The pay range for this role is $95,350.00- $127,125.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
