The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Fairfield, Ohio, are hiring for a Commercial Underwriter Trainee starting June 7, 2027. The role follows a structured training program and a hybrid schedule with four in-office days and one remote day.

You’ll work with independent agents, develop underwriting skills, and contribute to risk assessment and pricing decisions. A bachelor’s degree or four+ years of insurance experience with an AINS designation is required.
