Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions within limits.
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness, repayment sources, management, industry risks, and collateral.
• Collect, spread, and analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, DSCR, leverage, liquidity, and trends.
• Prepare credit memoranda and recommend loan structures, covenants, and mitigants.
