Job description

• Assess risk and analyse client portfolios to ensure appropriate cover and pricing.

What you'll do:

• Communicate with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal teams professionally.
• Maintain accurate electronic records for audit and compliance.
• Assist with invoicing, refunds, and general policy administration.

What you'll need:

• Matric and hands‑on experience with commercial short‑term insurance policies.
• Strong written and spoken English, and confidence speaking to clients.
• South African citizenship and residence, with fibre internet (50/50 Mbps minimum).
