Job summary

Domino’s Commercial Truck Driver (CDL A) delivers products to Domino’s Pizza stores along established routes. You will unload products, provide store service, and return empty containers to the Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may work solo or as a team, with some overnight stays. The role requires a valid CDL A with Air Brakes, DOT medical card, and compliance with safety and PPE rules.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred.
• Must maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must maintain meeting MVR standards to drive company vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial vehicle on established routes to deliver products to Domino’s stores.
• Unload products at customer locations and provide customer service to stores.
• Pickup empty trays and carts, return to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.
• Routes may be team-based or solo; some overnight stays may be necessary.
• Shuttle trailers to/from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and all safety procedures.

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driversafely drives the commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

Occasionally, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay Breakdown:

• $33.50 - $36.00/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
