Job summary

Domino's Indiana is hiring a Commercial Truck Driver to safely operate a Class A company vehicle on established routes, delivering to Domino’s Pizza stores. You will unload, provide store service, and handle return of empty trays; occasional trailer shuttling to partners may be required.

You’ll typically work 45–50 hours per week with overtime eligibility, local and layover routes, and a pay structure including hourly wages plus bonuses and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes and DOT Med Cert.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a commercial company vehicle on established routes.
• Unload products at store locations and provide customer service.
• Return empty trays/carts to Domino’s Supply Chain Center; shuttle trailers as needed.
• Operate in compliance with safety PPE and DOT requirements.

Job Description

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driver safely drives commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

On occasion, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay & Compensation:

• $30-32 /hrbased on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

• Local and Layover routes available

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

Additional Information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
