Job summary

Domino's is seeking skilled Commercial Truck Drivers to safely deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores using a Class A CDL with Air Brakes. Drivers may unload, service stores, and shuttle trailers as needed, with occasional overnight stays.

Team or solo routes are possible. Safety PPE compliance and the ability to work around yeast and flour are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered according to company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certificate required.
• Must pass DOT physical and background check.
• Able to work around yeast and flour in a food-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives the commercial vehicle on established routes to delivery stores.
• Unloads products at customer locations and maintains inventory.

Job Description

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driversafely drives the commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

Occasionally, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay Breakdown:

• $32.80 - $34.90/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle

• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
