Job summary

Domino’s Corporate is hiring a Commercial Truck Driver to deliver to Domino’s store locations with a Class A CDL and safety-focused practice. You will unload, service stores, and return equipment to the supply chain center. Some routes may be team-based, and overnight stays could occur.

Compensation includes $33.50–$36.00 per hour based on driving experience, with sleeper berth pay and call-in pay. Annual safety and company bonuses are offered along with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert.
• Must meet MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company vehicle.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.

Responsibilities

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driver safely drives the commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

Occasionally, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay Breakdown:

• $33.50 - $36.00/ hour , based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Bonus Opportunities:
  • Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
  • Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
