Responsibilities

• Analyze risk factors and determine pricing and coverage within delegated authority.
• Review applications, financial statements, inspection reports, and other documents to assess exposure.
• Apply underwriting guidelines, line of business strategies, and risk appetite frameworks.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with brokers or clients for profitable business.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and finance to resolve coverage issues.
• Maintain documentation for underwriting decisions and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends for corrective action.
• Participate in training to stay up-to-date with products, regulations, and market trends.
