The role requires a JD and state bar admission, 0–5 years of experience in commercial contracting; strong writing and negotiation skills; ability to balance legal risk with business goals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 0-5 years of legal experience, with exposure to commercial contracting, corporate, or transactional matters preferred.
• Familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, supplier, service, or licensing agreements).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, balancing legal risk with business growth.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of routine commercial agreements, including vendor, supplier, purchase, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Support business teams with practical, timely legal guidance on day-to-day contracting questions, standard-form agreements, and routine business transactions.
• Assist senior attorneys with due diligence, documentation, and administrative support on larger or more complex transactions.
• Perform legal research and analysis on commercial and contract law issues, preparing memoranda and recommendations.
