Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial agreements, including vendor, supplier, purchase, and non‑disclosure agreements.
• Support business teams with practical, timely legal guidance on day‑to‑day contracting questions, standard‑form agreements, and routine business transactions.
• Assist senior attorneys with due diligence, documentation, and admin on larger or more complex transactions, such as strategic investments and joint ventures.
• Perform legal research and analysis on commercial and contract law issues, preparing memoranda and recommendations for review by senior attorneys.
• Help manage outside counsel on routine, lower‑risk matters to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality legal support.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organized contract files, records, and tracking logs, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Develop legal judgment and transactional skill through hands‑on experience, feedback, and mentorship.
