Job summary

A leading flexible legal services provider is seeking a Commercial Transaction Counsel to provide product and regulatory advice on technology initiatives. The role requires a J.D. and strong transactional experience. Candidates must be licensed in Washington and can work in a hybrid model from Seattle. Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm, is looking for a Commercial Transaction Counsel. The secondee will act as an attorney supporting the licensing and product counseling business.

Projected Start Date: September 15, 2025

Duration: 7 months, with the potential to extend

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) / Remote (Must reside and be licensed in Washington)

Must-Haves

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
Strong transactional background.
Experience in privacy and/or regulatory law.
Ability to work independently with high judgment.
Experience drafting, structuring, and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
Experience in product counseling for technology products.
Familiarity with licensing matters.
Experience providing regulatory advice for consumer technology.
