Senior Specialist – Global Talent Operations

Our customer, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Privacy & Product Counsel to support the launch and operation of innovative products and services worldwide. The ideal candidate will partner closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to design privacy‑forward solutions, advise on emerging regulations, and manage legal risk across a diverse product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to engineering, product management, advertising sales, marketing, and communications teams from the initial stages of product development to launch.
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations in areas such as youth, privacy, content moderation, consumer protection, generative AI, and more.
• Provide legal support to the client’s public policy teams regarding existing and emerging laws, regulations, and compliance obligations in the U.S. and internationally.
• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams across the organization on policy development in relevant areas.
• Develop expertise in youth and privacy regulations worldwide and advise cross‑functional teams with other product counsel.
