Job summary

Old Republic Title seeks a National Commercial Title Coordinator to organize multi-site refinance and sale transactions under supervision. You will coordinate title work from order entry to policy issuance, liaise with customers and offices nationwide, and ensure documentation is complete before closing.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Resware/Atlas, and excellent communication to support timely closings and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with title software like Resware and Atlas is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and place new orders with offices and agents nationwide.
• Coordinate receipt and delivery of title work from order entry to policy issuance.
• Ensure all required documents are provided before closing.
• Maintain close communication with examiners and underwriters to ready files for closing.
• Assist department with other administrative tasks as needed.
