Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Levittown, PA is seeking an Automotive Technician to service commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing tires, with emphasis on safety and quality. This role covers the full scope of tire servicing and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety policies.

Selected candidates may need to participate in an on-call rotation and possibly work weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including proper PPE and tire cages.
