Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Novato, CA is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to service fleets and work vehicles, focusing on safety, accuracy, and speed. You’ll mount, balance, and repair tires, perform roadside and in-shop service, inspect wear, and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for agricultural equipment, commercial, light truck, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform roadside and in-shop tire services as needed.
• Repair flats and inflate tires to manufacturer and DOT specifications.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Test, install, register, and reset TPMS sensors when applicable.
• Perform oil changes and basic service tasks as assigned.
• Conduct visual safety inspections and document findings clearly.
• Load, unload, stock, and organize tire inventory.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Work closely with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to expand into light mechanical services as skills develop.

What You’ll Do
