Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a hands-on Commercial Tire Technician to keep fleets and trucks road-ready. You’ll mount, balance, repair, and service tires while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial or truck tires is preferred.
• Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable with hands-on, fast-paced shop work.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for commercial fleets and trucks.
• Perform roadside and in-shop tire services as needed.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Test and service TPMS sensors when applicable.
• Conduct routine oil changes and basic service tasks.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair agricultural equipment, commercial, light truck, and fleet tires
• Perform roadside and in-shop tire services as needed
• Repair flats and inflate tires to manufacturer and DOT specifications
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns
• Test, install, register, and reset TPMS sensors when applicable
• Perform oil changes and basic service tasks as assigned
• Conduct visual safety inspections and clearly document findings
• Load, unload, stock, and organize commercial tire inventory
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
• Work closely with your team to deliver fast, accurate, professional service
• Opportunity to expand into light mechanical services as skills develop
