Les Schwab is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician in Everett, WA to install, service and sell commercial tires and wheels. You will perform tire maintenance, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and wheel work while delivering top-notch customer experiences in a busy store environment.

Job Description: Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
