Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician in Everett, WA. The role covers tire installation, maintenance, and sales with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and following company procedures.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation and maintenance, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite service work. On-the-job training is provided for a variety of skills and a rapid paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
