Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is hiring a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, with additional duties when idle, such as mounting orders and shop upkeep.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, being at least 21, and eligibility to work in the U.S. The position includes on-call shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing tires.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including PPE and tire cages.
