Alma Tire Companies' Retread Production Facility is seeking a Commercial Retread Technician. This role focuses on accurate production of commercial retread tires, maintaining attention to detail, and following Bandag methods to ensure quality and reliability for customers.

The ideal candidate will be capable of lifting 50 pounds, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and commit to a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the commercial retread production process using standard Bandag methods.
• Maintain quality and safety standards to ensure the retread rubber meets performance requirements.
• Participate in on-the-job Bandag certification programs and apply training on the line.
