Job summary

KLM Construction Inc. in Denver is seeking a Construction Superintendent - Commercial Tenant Improvements to lead day-to-day field execution of TI projects throughout the Denver Metro area.

You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on fast-moving commercial TI projects. Strong ownership, proactive communication, and Procore experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field execution.
• Experience coordinating and holding multiple trades accountable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Calm, organized, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience is a strong plus.
• Strong ownership mentality and commitment to quality and client service.
• Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial TI projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep projects moving and on schedule
• Conduct daily site walk-throughs and proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and jobsite expectations
• Communicate effectively with clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other project partners
• Participate in OAC meetings and provide clear, timely project updates
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality, and professionalism
• Take ownership of problems and drive them through resolutionBring solutions-not just problems-when challenges arise
