Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects in West Hollywood, CA.

Lead daily site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, quality, and safety standards. You will read construction drawings, manage schedules, vendors, and logistics, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Commercial TI/interior build-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Procore experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
