Job summary

Teklysium Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients, and ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential; OSHA certification is a plus, and Procore and bilingual English/Spanish are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Commercial TI/interior build-out experience.
• Knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Procore experience and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinate schedules, vendors, materials, and site logistics.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
