The role focuses on Silicon Photonics and CPO technologies, with close collaboration to PLM and Marketing to refine value propositions for key customers and partners in the USA.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physics, Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent fields.
• 10+ years in technology or product development within a technical/OEM setting.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a fast-paced competitive environment.
• Ability to engage with technical customer stakeholders and convey value propositions.
• Ability to collaborate across functional boundaries and mobilize teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of current and future market needs for CPO solutions.
• Map market trends and roadmaps; identify gaps and recommend new products.
• Build ongoing relationships with technical counterparts among customers and partners.
• Participate in standards and industry forums to position Corning in Silicon Photonics and CPO tech.
• Collaborate with PLM to estimate addressable market and share potential.
• Refine value proposition with PLM and Marketing through deep use-case understanding.
• Support PLM, Technology, Research, Sales and Marketing as a commercial tech SME.
