Job summary

ILink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent III to oversee on-site construction, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across complex projects in the Chicago area.

You will partner with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, review plans, monitor progress, and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining Procore documentation. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and MS

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with ground-up, TI, restaurant, medical, and high-end finish projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management software), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
• Design-build experience and relevant college education are a plus.

Job description

The Project Superintendent III is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field operations, review plans and specifications, monitor progress, and resolve jobsite issues.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating trades, conducting site and safety inspections, maintaining project documentation in Procore, managing subcontractor performance, leading weekly meetings, tracking manpower and productivity, enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, and ensuring successful project turnover and occupancy.

Qualifications:

• 4-8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with ground-up, tenant improvement (TI), restaurant, medical, and high-end finish projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
