Reliable Commercial Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the entire operation of our projects in Arlington, Texas. You will identify risk areas, maintain site safety, and establish timelines while coordinating with clients and project teams.

You will supervise daily site activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, communicate milestones to clients and managers, and manage subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and ground-up construction.
• Strong project management and communications skills.
• Ability to read construction documents.
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
