The W22 is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial construction projects in Reston, VA. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within budget.

You will develop schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, review plans, and resolve design or construction issues with architects and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or risks and take appropriate actions to address them
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and any potential delays or challenges
