Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee onsite construction for ground‑up and renovation commercial projects in the Fort Collins area. You will lead daily field operations, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality in partnership with the Project Manager.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects, strong coordination with subcontractors, and deep knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in active jobsite environments.
• Solid knowledge of safety best practices and jobsite compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
