- Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.

- Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
