Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Commercial Specialty Service Manager to lead field operations for our commercial cleaning division, including post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpeting, and pressure washing.

You will review jobs with sales reps, staff crews, coach Supervisors and Technicians, run QA inspections, and keep every job on budget while ensuring safety and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial cleaning or related field.
• Experience leading a crew or team.
• Hands-on knowledge of floor care and/or post-construction cleaning.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized leader to run the field side of our specialty services division: post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet care, and pressure washing across the New Orleans metro area.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in commercial cleaning, restoration, flooring, or construction — with 1–2 years leading a crew or team
• Hands‑on knowledge of floor care, carpet care, and/or post‑construction cleaning
• Comfortable working a budget, not just running a job
• Strong communicator who can juggle multiple sales reps and job requests at once
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background, reliable transportation
