Citadel Roofing and Solar is seeking an experienced solar installation lead to manage a 1–3 person crew and oversee module layout, mounting and wiring on commercial projects. You will ensure safety, accuracy and timely completion while coordinating with electricians and site supervisors.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, read drawings, and work in challenging environments. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Formación

• 1-3 years of solar installation experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to read solar and single-line drawings.
• Knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
• Proficient at wiring and interconnecting grid-tied inverters.
• Ability to work in extreme environments (sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.).
• Willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, rooftops and stand for long periods; comfortable with heights.
• Must be reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Previous commercial experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform both DC and AC wire connections.
• Conduit bending up to 1-1/4" EMT.
• Communicate and document job completion for scope assigned.
• Ensure the jobsite is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project.
• Take inventory of materials needed and report to Lead Electrician or Superintendent.
• Collaborate with Lead Electrician on AC scope and learn AC side of projects.
• Additional duties as needed.
