Sun Valley Solar is seeking entry level and experienced Solar Installers to join a growing commercial division. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork while handling racking, wiring, and array assembly. Training is provided for equipment operation and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have construction experience, are able to read drawings, and can perform physical work in varying weather. The role offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related trades.
• Able to read drawings and follow specs.
• Comfort with physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all racking systems and solar arrays per specifications.
• Install grounding, DC wiring and solar module connections.
• Read and interpret drawings and layouts; follow lead/foreman directions.
• Trench, concrete work, and equipment assembly as needed.
• Daily job site cleanup and organization of tools and materials.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
• Operate Scissor, Boom, and Forklifts (training provided).
• Safe use of power tools (drills, saws, grinders).
• Contribute as a collaborative team member.
