OE Solar is recruiting for a Commercial Solar & EV Installer in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time, on-site role involves traveling across New Mexico to install rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport solar systems in accordance with plans and NEC codes.

You will also install Level 2 and DC fast chargers, read diagrams, and maintain safety protocols. The position requires 1+ years in solar/electrical/construction, strong safety discipline, and the ability to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of commercial solar, electrical or construction experience.
• Follow OSHA requirements and wear full PPE on every site.
• Ability to read electrical and construction drawings.
• Lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Arrive on time with required tools.
• Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers.
• Take ownership and document work in writing.

Aufgaben

• Install rooftop, ground-mount, and carport solar systems to plans and NEC codes.
• Layout arrays and install racking systems.
• Mount modules, wire strings, and install inverters and monitoring equipment.
• Bend conduit, pull wires and make terminations.
• Support trenching and conduit runs; assist with heavy equipment.
• Assist with battery storage installations.
• Install Level 2 and DC fast chargers; assist with startup and network activation.
