Job summary

Paradise Power Company, Inc is seeking a licensed New Mexico Commercial Journeyman Electrician for outdoor solar and EV charging station projects across school and government sites.

The role requires ladder work, blueprint interpretation, and wiring/conduit installation. Candidates must hold the NM Commercial Journeyman license and NM Driver’s license, with reliable transportation and a clean MV/drug check.

Qualifications

• Valid and current NM Commercial Journeyman Electrician license.
• Valid NM driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and NEC/IBC standards.
• Ability to perform advance electrical calculations and conduit sizing.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and use PPE safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures on outdoor solar and EV charging projects.
• Follow blueprints, coordinate with crew, and meet production schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials between job sites.
• Communicate project progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.
