Job summary

OE Solar seeks a Commercial Solar & EV Installer to join our on-site team across New Mexico. This full-time role involves installing rooftop, ground-mount and carport solar systems, plus Level 2 and DC fast chargers, following NEC codes and manufacturer specs.

You will read electrical diagrams, lay out wiring, route conduits, and train newer crew members while keeping a clean, safe job site and accurate daily logs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial solar, electrical or construction experience.
• Ability to read electrical and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• You arrive on time with required tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop, ground-mount and carport solar systems per plans and NEC codes.
• Install Level 2 and DC fast chargers, wire and install related equipment.
• Read diagrams, lay out wiring, route conduits and pull wires.
• Maintain fall protection, safety protocols and daily CRM logs.
• Train and mentor newer crew members and keep sites organized.
