Exact Solar, a trusted solar company in Newtown, CT, is seeking a Commercial Project Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate solar projects. This role offers the chance to enhance operational capacity while working directly with the Operations Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will support project delivery, improve field coordination, and ensure quality while managing experienced teams. Candidates must have at least five years of commercial solar project management experience and a strong command of both operations and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial solar project management experience.
• Experience managing photovoltaic projects from contract award through commissioning.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial solar projects from contract turnover through final commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, and project closeout.
• Support safety, quality assurance, and commissioning activities.
