Trademark Sign is seeking a dependable, hands-on Logistics Assistant Manager to join our commercial signage team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role supports daily coordination of materials, deliveries, and yard operations, with emphasis on safety and efficiency both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily coordination and organization of materials, signage, equipment, and deliveries.
• Receive, inspect, organize, stage, and move materials through shop and yard.
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload materials and signage as needed.
• Use basic hand tools and assist with general shop tasks.
• Prepare materials and signage for installation, delivery, or production.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and yard environment.
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking of materials.
• Coordinate with production, installation, sales, and management to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Prioritize daily logistics and ensure jobs/materials are staged on schedule.
• Perform indoor shop work and outdoor yard work as required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Take on additional hands-on operational responsibilities as needed to support the team.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory issues.
• Input freight information and photos into system.
• Track vehicle maintenance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable , hands on Logistics Assistant Manager to join our commercial signage team. This role supports a daily movement, organization, preparation, and delivery of materials while helping keep shop and yard operations running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, team oriented, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and willing to be hands on. This is not a desk only position . The role requires physical activity and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including in the yard and production/shop areas. This position requires someone who is comfortable being physically active throughout the work day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily coordination and organization of materials, signage, equipment, and deliveries
• Received, inspect, organize, stage, and move materials throughout the shop and yard
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload materials and signage as needed
• Use basic hand tools and assist with general shop and material-handling tasks

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Working both indoors and outdoors, including the company yard
• Working in varying weather conditions when completing outdoor tasks
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
